TERMS OF SERVICE

For requests outside VGen, please use the GOOGLE FORM to send a request form.

General Rules :

  1. Crediting is required.

  2. Provide clear references.

  3. Artist watermarks must not be removed.

  4. Turnaround time: 2 days to 1 week / 2 weeks to 2 months.

Artist Rules :

  1. The artist only offer 3 free revisions during the draft and line art stage.

  2. The artist is allowed to refuse a request.

  3. The artist can do any kind of request except for unethical fetishes and hateful content.

Commercial & Usage Rules :

  1. The artist does not consent to the artworks being used for NFT, crypto/blockchain enterprise, and/or to feed to an AI generator.

  2. Artist watermarks can be removed.

  3. Have rights for the artwork to be used for the profit-making purpose you chose and paid for.

  4. COMMERCIAL USE LVL 0: for personal nonprofit-making purposes, personal platform, fun art sharing. Watermark still intact.

  5. COMMERCIAL USE LVL 1: for digital profit-making purposes, content creator / streamer assets, advertising, etc.

  6. COMMERCIAL USE LVL 2: for physical profit-making purposes, printing goods, stickers, cards, etc.

  7. COMMERCIAL USE LVL 3: for digital and physical profit-making purposes.

  8. To prove that you read the ToS, answer with "cheese".

Payment Rules :

  1. Prices are not negotiable.

  2. Send half or full payment after approval of the draft.

  3. Send full payment before the finished product is sent.

  4. For international clients, please convert your payment to Philippine pesos.

Cancellation Rules :

  1. Refunds are not allowed once the artist has started.

  2. If the artist is unable to start your commission, you will get a full refund.

  3. If you cancel your order before it starts, you will get a full refund.

  4. The artist can cancel the request anytime, the client will be refunded with the amount the artist refers.
